SlipKnoT has just ended their Tattoo The Earth tour. The tour included: Slipknot, Sevendust, Slayer, (hed) pe, Sepultura, Mudvayne, and others. After the tour they played a couple shows around Halloween time but are now working on the new album. July 20 - East Rutherford, NJ - Giants Stadium
Somehow, I don't know how, I talked my parents into letting me go to the Tattoo the Earth show at Giants Stadium. Metallica was going to be there too but I was going to see Slipknot. I went with my 3 bitches, Meghan, Breanne, and Christine, and with Meghan's dad and Breanne's aunt Kim. We got to the place and went over by the outside stage. There was a huge line but we cut it and got up to the front of the stage. Some bands played but no one I really knew. I'm pissed I didn't realize Mudvayne was there. We didn't stay for the whole thing because we knew people were going to be trying to get inside the stadium soon so we went to the doors. We got lots of WOW stickers. When we got inside (hed) pe was already playing so I really didn't get to hear them. After them was Sepultura. While they were playing people started jumping the wall that seperated the floor from the seats. Since we had floor seat tickets and Bre, Meg, and Chrissy jumped the wall and got on the floor. For some reason whenever me and Bre go to concert we have real good luck and we did this time because we got right up to the stage. Sevendust was really good. Slayer was ok. Slipknot was fucking awesome! I was on the right side of the stage, right up at the barrior. While they were playing Spit it Out Corey had everyone in the place sit on the ground and told everyone that when he said "when i say Jump the fuck up... you jump up like youre being fucked in the ass like Satan himself!" Then he changed the lyrics of the song saying: bout time i set this record straight, all the needle nose punchin is makin' me irate, sick of my bitchin fallin on deaf ears, where ya gonna be in the next five years, the crew and all the fools, and all the politix, get ya lips ready, gonna gag gonna make ya sick, you got dick when they passed out the good stuff.. bam are ya sick of me ? JUMP THE FUCK UP!!!!!!!" It was insane. Considering me and my friends were up at the front and we really can't handle a mosh pit, which we were right near, we got crushed. It felt like my chest was going to be perminantly crushed. It was so great! Metallica was alright. Meghan had went home with her dad and Chrissy and Kim were enjoy them but me and Bre just sat there. I went home and passed out. The show kicked so much ass, I can't wait till the next one. Slipknot iz god!
